Murramungee Angus Stud is a renowned breeder of premium Angus cattle, established in 1989 and located in the fertile Murmungee basin in the north-east of Victoria.
We are a small stud and pride ourselves on individually selecting the best of the best sires globally and mating those over a well established bloodline of dams to optimise progeny outcomes.
The business has a rich history of leading edge scientific engagement in genetics spanning over three decades, dedicated to breeding excellence and genetic advancement in Angus cattle.

Bulls that are up to the job. No stone is left unturned, with hoof health and shape, scrotum size, complete semen testing and good leg movement all being a major focus to maximise longevity in the paddock for our clients.

Finally, temperament. Whilst we genetically select for this trait, nothing beats hand feeding and spending time with the bulls. We have a no compromise rule on behaviour, any shadow of doubt and the animal is gone.
